Kalamazoo College

 

This marker stands on the corner of Walnut St. and Westnedge Ave. and designates the location of the original site of Kalamazoo College.  Later, the college was relocated west to its current Academy St. campus.

This marker stands in front of Hoben Hall on the quadrangle of Kalamazoo College.

This marker Edward Israel stands near West Main Ave. in Jewish Mountain Cemetery.

This marker stands in Bronson Park, a naval cannon from the Civil War donated by the Grand Army of the Republic.

This marker on a boulder in Bronson Park was donated by veterans of the 11th Michigan Volunteer Cavalry to commemorate the regiment's departure for the front in 1863 .

Inscription: "In memoriam.   U. S. S. Maine destroyed in Havana Harbor February 15th 1898.  This tablet is cast from metal recovered from the U. S. S. Maine. "
